The high-quality gift box will be delivered within 14 days. It contains all the relevant information and selected supplements for that special moment.
To ensure that the gift box arrives in time for Christmas, you should complete your booking by December 10 at the latest.
After the gift has been handed over and activated, our team contacts the person receiving the gift to plan and prepare the first appointment.
The recipient begins their journey with a detailed check-up appointment on site. The goals, initial health situation and personal needs are recorded and an individual routine is developed.
Membership ends automatically after three months. Membership will only be extended if the person receiving the gift decides to become a member themselves. This can be concluded at a reduced rate.

After your booking, we will arrange a check-up with our external partner doctor on site. During this consultation, you will discuss your goals, receive your personalized routine and then start weekly treatments.
Your membership includes a partner medical check-up, regular treatments up to once a week, access to our wellness area and priority access to classes, workshops and community events. Members also receive priority access and special conditions for special events and master classes.
No, prior knowledge, diagnoses and findings are not required for membership. Our routines are preventative in nature and are aimed at general health, recovery and performance. All treatments are supervised by experts. If you have any information, such as a recent blood count, please bring it with you to your first visit.
Each routine is created by experts based on your check-up and your personal goals. Depending on your needs and personal preference, technologies such as HBOT, Red Light, IV Drips, sauna, massage or cold plunge can be integrated.
After completion, you will discuss your results with our team. If you wish, you can continue or adjust your membership.
