On the sixth floor of the Roomers Hotel Frankfurt, you’ll find our exclusive hub for longevity and biohacking. Here, we combine scientifically proven treatments—such as cold therapy, light therapy, microcurrent therapy, water plasma, and oxygen therapy—with personalized guidance from our coaches. Our routines are designed to give you targeted breaks and provide fresh inspiration for your daily life.
Oxygen-assisted applications:
Relax in our hyperbaric oxygen chamber – in a tranquil environment with skyline views.
Cold and heat applications:
Use targeted thermal stimuli such as an ice bath, red light or heat.

Recover Society is located on the 6th floor of Roomers Hotel in Frankfurt am Main and, upon request, on the 4th floor of the Roomers Hotel in Baden-Baden. Additional locations in Berlin and other European countries are planned.
For anyone who wants to specifically support their regeneration, performance, and well-being—whether they are active in sports, have a demanding job, or are simply looking for professional relaxation.

After your appointment, we will guide you through all the next steps if you wish and explain the membership to you at your leisure.
