At Recover Society, we are building Europe’s leading platform for preventive health and professional recovery. To achieve this, we are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who can bring together strategy, finance, and operational execution.
In this role, you’ll work directly with senior management and help shape key strategic initiatives for the company. You’ll operate at the intersection of business models, partnerships, financial management, and organizational development—with significant responsibility, considerable autonomy, and direct influence.
You will work on further developing our business model, helping to structure and evaluate the economic viability of new location, service, and partnership models. At the same time, you will be responsible for key areas in Finance and Controlling, ensuring transparency regarding key performance indicators, liquidity, and economic potential, and using this information to develop sound decision-making frameworks.
In addition, you will help ensure that partnerships and contracts are properly prepared, further develop internal processes and organizational structures, and lay a scalable foundation for future growth. Your responsibilities will also include areas such as reporting, documentation, data protection, and operational management.
We are looking for someone who not only analyzes but also takes action. Someone who thinks strategically, works in a structured manner, and is eager to play an active role in shaping a growing company.
