Your Mission

You are the face of the Recover Society—the person who turns a first impression into a decision that guests are proud of. You listen before you speak. You ask the question that reveals what someone truly needs—not what sells the fastest. For you, membership is never the goal of a conversation. It is the logical result of genuine understanding.

What You Bring to the Table

At least 1 year of experience in high-end consulting, luxury advisory, premium retail, or membership sales. Proven track record of success—conversion, customer retention, referrals. Active listening as a core competency. Fluent English (required); German preferred.
